We offer a variety of design services for all kinds of projects. From single item sourcing and advice to large scale, multi-room design and staging work, we are happy to help! In addition to traditional interior design, fixture and furnishings selection we also have extensive renovation and remodeling experience and enjoy working with builders and architects to help hone plans with an eye towards best practices and trends for both utility and aesthetics.

Our service offerings are customizable. And each project will be quoted individually based on size and scope of the project, client needs, and location. We charge our hourly rate for initial virtual and in-person consultations.

We care most about helping people find joy and comfort in their spaces and the beloved things within them. A welcoming rug, a surprising detail, an unearthed treasure – the special things that are found or discovered and suddenly, seem just right. These are the things that, together, combine to make up the perfect lived-in and loved space. About Our Team: 

Bibiana Souza

Bibi leads our design work at Addison West. She is skilled in hearing and understanding client's hopes and expectations and building customized proposals that best meets their needs. Bibi has extensive experience with technical design programs. Together, she and Monique design spaces and recommend solutions that are practical, comfortable, classic and unique. Bibi moved to the United States from Brazil 10 years ago, and now makes Vermont home with her very high maintenance wonderful little rescue dog named Sam. Don’t tell anyone, but she also happens to be a very talented singer. 

Monique Bonner 

Mo started Addison West in 2020. She has redesigned and renovated countless bathrooms, kitchens, condos and homes. In the process of honing her style, Mo learned she cares most about helping people find joy and comfort in their spaces. She works closely with Bibi to find smart, beautiful solutions for client's homes.  Mo lives in Cornwall Vermont with her husband, two teenage sons, and their dog named Bacon.
