  • Strong skills in Canva or other visual design/presentation tools

  • A friendly, service-oriented attitude with the ability to read a room and adapt communication style

  • Comfort in a customer-facing role—professional, polished, and personable

  • Awareness of current design trends and enthusiasm for home interiors

  • Reliable organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Familiarity with sourcing home furnishings and décor

  • Experience or coursework in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred

  • Prior experience in a showroom, design studio, or retail design environment is a plus

What We Offer:

  • A flexible, creative, and collaborative work environment

  • Hands-on experience with high-end residential design and customizable furniture, lighting and window treatment sources

  • Opportunity to grow into a full-time role

  • Employee discount on showroom products

  • Full time positions offer benefits including paid vacations, health, dental and vision insurance, as well as 401k style savings.
