Designed with and for acclaimed chef Nancy Silverton, this porcelain Baking Slab is made in France using a 202-year-old recipe and a process that takes more than 50 hours from start to finish. The result is beautifully durable bakeware that heats evenly for crisp edges, golden crusts, and perfectly baked centers.

Ideal for focaccia, slab pies, sheet cakes, roasted vegetables, and more, it can move from freezer to oven to table and is oven-safe up to 650°F. Naturally nonstick and thermal-shock resistant, it’s a hardworking piece made for plenty of time in the kitchen.
