If you could only have one pan this would be it! It's great for everything. I use it constantly. All the hype about Made In stainless being heat distributing is true. I have a horrible, old electric range in my apartment that has two settings--either too high or too low and this pan works better than anything else I've used, including expensive cast iron pans.
