Seat Cushion: Soft Feel. BiOH HR foam core is double wrapped in polyester fiber then encased in a down proof ticking. This cushion will have comfort wrinkles due to its softer construction.
Back Cushion: Standard back cushion fill is constructed with 7 denier blown polyester fiber sewn into a channeled down proof ticking.
Weight: 70 lb

Materials

Mayfair seat, fiber back, and leather. Leather and hide are natural materials. Each piece has its own beautiful intricacies and may carry scars, blemishes, and scratches. Please expect variations in color, pattern, texture, finish, and hair length. It will also age with time and wear.

Care

Dust your leather upholstery periodically with a soft, dry cloth to prevent dust and debris from building up. Never use harsh cleaners or solvents on leather as they could abrade the finish or topcoat off the leather. Any spill or stain should be blotted immediately with a soft, dry, white cloth.

Shipping

Many of our furniture and lighting products ship directly from our partners. Order processing can take up to 1 week. Orders ship when items are available/in stock. Delivery can take 1–3 weeks, depending on distance, weather conditions, and seasonal peaks. Once our partners have processed an order for shipment, it cannot be canceled. Furniture items cannot be returned. We offer two shipping options for furniture and lighting:

Free Threshold Delivery

Furniture and lighting shipped directly from our partners ship free of charge, either by freight or via UPS/FedEx for smaller items. This means that the freight carrier will remove your item from their truck and bring it to the threshold of your residence. In the case of apartment buildings, the carrier will deliver to the exterior ground floor. Freight carriers will not unpack or remove packing materials. 

White Glove Delivery

For select furniture and lighting items, we’re pleased to offer a white glove delivery option. Includes unpacking your item, bringing it into the room of your choice, assembly as needed, and removal of packing materials. White glove delivery is available on eligible items only and is subject to an additional $150 fee per item. Lighting installation not included. For larger orders with multiple furniture pieces, our team can provide a customized quote for white glove delivery of the entire shipment. Our team works hard to update our site regularly to reflect the most accurate stock and estimated shipping timeframes. However, changes to an estimated shipping time frame may occur due to unexpected product distributions, freight delays, and unforeseen situations. Our team will notify you of any changes to your shipping time frame as soon as we are made aware of them.

Returns

Furniture, lighting, rugs, and items shipped from our vendors are final sale. The cost and complexity of returning large pieces make it a hassle—not just for us, but for you too. We ask that customers measure carefully and feel confident the piece will work in your home before placing an order. If your item arrives damaged, don’t worry—we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement. Please inspect your item before signing any delivery paperwork, as that confirms the piece arrived in acceptable condition. Please see our Refund Policy for additional details.
