Shipping
Many of our furniture and lighting products ship directly from our partners. Order processing can takeĀ up to 1 week. Orders ship when items are available/in stock. Delivery can take 1ā3 weeks, depending on distance, weather conditions, and seasonal peaks. Once our partners have processed an order for shipment, it cannot be canceled. Furniture items cannot be returned. We offer two shipping options for furniture and lighting:
Free Threshold Delivery
Furniture and lighting shipped directly from our partners ship free of charge, either by freight or via UPS/FedEx for smaller items.Ā This means that the freight carrier will remove your item from their truck and bring it to the threshold of your residence. In the case of apartment buildings, the carrier will deliver to the exterior ground floor. Freight carriers will not unpack or remove packing materials.Ā
White Glove Delivery
For select furniture and lighting items, weāre pleased to offer a white glove deliveryĀ option. Includes unpacking your item, bringing it into the room of your choice, assembly as needed, and removal of packing materials. White glove delivery isĀ available on eligible items onlyĀ and is subject to an additionalĀ $150 fee per item. Lighting installation not included.Ā For larger orders with multiple furniture pieces, our team can provide a customized quoteĀ for white glove delivery of the entire shipment. Pre-order Items
Our team works hard to update our site regularly to reflect the most accurate stock and estimated shipping timeframes. However, changes to an estimated shipping time frame may occur due to unexpected product distributions, freight delays, and unforeseen situations. Our team will notify you of any changes to your shipping time frame as soon as we are made aware of them.
