With a short, robust blade the unique design centers the knife’s axis to facilitate easy oyster opening. Thanks to the Virobloc® locking ring, it will stay closed when you want it to, and open when you need it to!
While Opinel is known for its signature sharp blades, this knife features a blunted blade with a sharp tip, specific to oyster shucking. The padouk wood handle is resistant to swelling, and utilized for its ability to hold up well in humid or wet environments. One oyster knife with folding blade. Made in France.
