We offer a variety of design services for all kinds of projects. From single item sourcing and advice to large scale, multi-room design and staging work, we are happy to help! In addition to traditional interior design, fixture and furnishings selection we also have extensive renovation and remodeling experience and enjoy working with builders and architects to help hone plans with an eye towards best practices and trends for both utility and aesthetics.
Our service offerings are customizable. And each project will be quoted individually based on size and scope of the project, client needs, and location.
Working with us on a per hour basis can work well for smaller scale projects with clearly defined needs. For example:
|Room Refresh||$500-$1000||Room refresh projects typically include replacing paint or wall coverings, light fixtures and rugs, and updating furnishings. Room refresh projects will include a site visit, mood board development, product recommendations and sourcing. Pricing is based on the project proposal and agreement, billed monthly, with 50% deposit.|
Room redesigns are more extensive projects that often include structural layout changes such as floor plan, window/door placements, and recommendations for built-ins and millwork. These projects will also include CAD/3D rendering of your space.
Full project management and staging services require additional time and resources and would lend themselves to the higher end of the range for redesign projects.
Pricing is based on the project proposal and agreement, billed monthly, with 50% deposit.
|Whole Home Design||$5000-$20000||
For whole home redesign projects we will work closely with your builder and/or architect throughout the duration of your project. Our contributions may vary depending upon the needs of the client and how engaged your builder or architect is in detailed recommendations.
We can provide recommendations and sourcing for all finishes (flooring, paint, wallpaper), fixtures (lighting, kitchen and bath faucets, knobs and hardware) as well as furniture and softgoods. We are flexible with our whole home engagements and can design the projects to meet the specific needs and desires of each client and their build/design teams.
Pricing is based on the project proposal and agreement, billed monthly, with 50% deposit. A time/labor cap will be outlined in the proposal.
Design Client Discounts: We source products (rugs, furniture, lighting) for projects from our own wholesale suppliers, vintage/antique sources and 3rd party retailers. For our design clients we offer the following discounts.
- Addison West discount. We provide a 10% discount (excluding freight) on all products purchased directly from Addison West for any design projects above $3000. Note that we do not charge against project time for ordering/processing any products from Addison West.
- Trade discount to 3rd party retailers. This is a discount that we receive for being trade professionals. This discount ranges from 5% to 15%. We pass along this discount to our clients for any design project greater than $500. We are happy to provide a list of vendors who are in our trade pricing program.
Trade discounts: Sorry to say that at this time we do not offer to the trade pricing for projects that don't leverage Addison West design services. But please reach out directly if you would like to discuss collaborating on a project. :-)
