Schedule: Part-time, Flexible
Compensation: $20–$22/hour, based on experience

The Role
A behind-the-scenes role for someone who likes to stay active, organized, and
essential to how a business runs.
This is a hands-on role supporting receiving, organization, and delivery across our retail
and design business. You’ll manage incoming inventory in our lower-level workspace
and deliver furniture and home goods to clients using our company van.
You’ll also step in to support e-commerce fulfillment when needed.
What You’ll Do
Receiving & Inventory
- Receive and check in shipments accurately
- Inspect for damage and support claims with our Operations Manager
- Label, organize, and maintain backstock and storage areas
- Support inventory accuracy and organization
Delivery
- Deliver furniture and home goods to clients with care
- Represent Addison West professionally in client homes
- Communicate clearly with the team on scheduling and issues
Operations Support
- Keep receiving and storage areas clean and efficient
- Break down boxes, manage recycling, and reduce waste
- Assist with moving merchandise as needed
E-Commerce (as needed)
- Support packing and shipping orders when our Shipping Manager is out
- Help maintain an organized shipping area
What We’re Looking For
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Process improvement oriented – we value suggestions and feedback on ways to
streamline and improve our operations - Comfortable with physical work (lifting 50+ lbs regularly)
- Clean driving record and comfort driving a cargo van
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- We are very flexible and can create a schedule that works with other
commitments
