A Vermont favorite for generations, Champlain Valley Apiaries' Raw Crystallized Honey is pure, unheated honey with a naturally creamy, slightly grainy texture. Unlike processed honey, it is never heated or finely filtered, preserving the pollen, enzymes, and other naturally occurring components of the honey. Spoon it into your morning tea, spread it over warm toast, or enjoy it with cheese and fresh fruit. Produced by a fourth-generation, family-owned apiary in Middlebury, Vermont, where they've been keeping bees since 1931.
