Meals That Maximize Your Mountain Time!

When snow season is your favorite time of year – or when you’re in the Mad River Valley for a weekend at a time – you want to focus on shredding the gnar, not tending the stove. We’ll learn three ways to deploy your pressure cooker to make apres-ski dinners that are nourishing, cozy, and fast.

This cooking class, led by Chef Ariel Voorhees of Gather Round Chef Service, will help you master the skills, cuisines, and ‘back-pocket recipes’ that you’ve always wanted to learn. We’ll focus on weeknight-friendly recipes that will make it possible for you to relax and connect over a good dinner at the end of a long day on the slopes. You’ll walk away with a pleasantly-full belly, recipes to keep, hands-on practice, and a new understanding of how to build complex flavors in an electric pressure cooker.

Menu:

  • BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

  • Curried Split Pea Soup

  • White Chili with Chicken, Corn and Lime

These recipes can be made gluten free. Please disclose all allergies and dietary restrictions directly to Ariel:  ariel@gatherroundchef.com. We are not an allergen free facility.
