Adjustable grind using the knob located on the head of the mill. The tighter it is screwed in, the finer the pepper. A tribute to the charms of the past, and crafted with sustainably managed olivewood in France. This model can grind dry salt (rock salt) with a crystal size of less than or equal to 4 mm. Do not use wet sea salt (even dried).
