Just like the rest of their hot sauces, Reaper Actual is 86% peppers & carries an equally intense pepper flavor that balances out its extreme spice level. Unlike mashes some other companies use, this Carolina Reaper mash is grown & processed by us just like the rest of their peppers--here in the US. The only ingredients that make up the mash are peppers, salt, & time. No extracts, no fake heat.
