This bread proofing basket—also known as a brotform or banneton—includes a fitted liner for added versatility and ease of use. Crafted with care from ethically and sustainably sourced materials, it offers excellent structure and support for consistent fermentation and beautifully shaped loaves. Use with the liner for a smoother finish or without it for a more traditional flour-dusted crust.
Ideal for recipe dough weights of 1.5–2.5 lbs (680–1130 g) and flour volumes of approximately 3–4.5 cups. Measures 8.5" inside diameter at the rim, with a 3.5" inside height and 4" outside height.
