THRESHOLD
We have a $25 online order purchase threshold. Why, you ask? Well, because we have a small team and we manage two retail locations. Everything ships from one of our shops and is packaged with extra care and attention. That takes time and effort. To ensure we can meet our standards of service we ask that your order meet our threshold minimum. Thank you!
GENERAL DECOR ITEMS
Lead times and shipping rates will vary depending on the product, destination and carrier. In general, we work to ship in-stock items out within 24 hours of order receipt. We ship the majority of smaller items via UPS. This includes decor, kitchen, books and gifts. Please note, changes to an address or order cannot be made after the order has shipped.
BACKORDERED ITEMS
Our team works hard to update our site regularly to reflect the most accurate stock and estimated shipping timeframes. Changes to an estimated shipping time frame attributed to a delay in production may occur and are subject to change. Our team will notify you of any changes to the item(s) in your order and ship any available items.
FURNITURE and LIGHTING
Many of our furniture items ship directly from our manufactures. Once our partners have processed an order for shipment it cannot be cancelled. There is a 20% restocking fee applied to standard furniture items that are returned. Custom furniture and lighting orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
Furniture and lighting products ship via freight. Standard delivery is curb side. This means that the freight carrier will remove your item from their truck and bring it to the threshold of your residence. In the case of apartment buildings the carrier will deliver to the exterior ground floor. Freight carriers will not unpack or remove pallets. Freight charges are calculated at check out.
We offer a white glove delivery upgrade option on all of our large furniture and lighting items. White glove delivery includes unpacking your item, bringing it into the room of your choice, assembly as needed. White glove delivery does not include lighting installation. ALASKA & HAWAII
We offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii on an exception basis. Please contact us via info@theaddisonwest.com if you are interested in getting an estimate and time frame for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Thank you!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the U.S. territories or foreign countries.
DAMAGES
Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt. Any damage to shipping boxes or pallets should be noted immediately. If you are receiving a large item through a freight company please note any damages before signing. Please document any damages by taking photographs of packaging and product. RETURNS
We do not refund initial and/or return shipping costs associated with a general return.
