About Douglas Sweets: Founded in 2008 as a small out-of-home shortbread bakery distributing to local co-ops and independent markets to now producing cookies for shortbread lovers across the country. Mother daughter team Debra and  Hannah, worked tirelessly to grow their company out of the house and into a scalable bakery facility.
